WATCH FOR “MY DAILY WALK” DEVOTIONAL VOLUME II ON JANUARY 1, 2015.
JESUS IS THE LIGHT OF THE WORLD!
Read John chapter 9
On a previous visit to Jerusalem (5:9), Jesus had healed an impotent man on the Sabbath, for which, and for His claim that He was the Son of God, they attempted to stone Him (8:52-59).
He now works a still more notable Sabbath miracle (verse 14). The Book of John is one sign after another to show that Jesus is the Son of God (20:30-31).
This miracle is the healing of a man blind from birth. Jesus is busy again working in verse 4. CLICK THE LINK BELOW TO CONTINUE READING! DON’T MISS THIS ONE!

The Deity of Christ, Part 2
Read John chapter 7 again
The Deity of Christ
Please study verses 37-53 and learn that this was the feast of the Tabernacles (October), 11/2 years since He had been there and six months before His death. On the previous visit, He healed a man on the Sabbath and said that He was the Son of God (5:18). For this, they made plans to kill Him. He stayed away during the Passover (6:4) and fed the 5,000, but His work was drawing toward a close, and Jesus again went to the capital of His nation, to present once again His claim of being “sent from God;” however, the time of His death had not yet fully come. Knowing their plan to kill Him, He kept His visit quiet until He appeared in the midst of the temple (verses 19-23). CLICK THE LINK BELOW TO CONTINUE READING!
