“FIVE THINGS I WANT!” Conclusion!

James 1:12, “Blessed is the man that endureth temptation: for when he is tried, he shall receive the crown of life, which the Lord hath promised to them that love him.”

We all have eternal life, but will not all receive the crown of life. This is given unto those who are faithful unto death:

Revelation 2:10, “Fear none of those things which thou shalt suffer: behold, the devil shall cast some of you into prison, that ye may be tried; and ye shall have tribulation ten days: be thou faithful unto death, and I will give thee a crown of life.”

Mark 8:35 “For whosoever will save his life shall lose it; but whosoever shall lose his life for my sake and the gospel’s, the same shall save it.”

This is one who must love the Lord more than his own life, and is a crown for those who live for Christ, endure temptations and love God in spite of it all.

Now, why do I want these FIVE CROWNS?

Revelation 4:10-11, “The four and twenty elders fall down before him that sat on the throne, and worship him that liveth for ever and ever, and cast their crowns before the throne, saying, Thou art worthy, O Lord, to receive glory and honour and power: for thou hast created all things, and for thy pleasure they are and were created.”

The incorruptible crown.

The crown of rejoicing.

The crown of righteousness.

The crown of glory.

The crown of life.

All these I want, why? To lay at Jesus’ feet!

Will you have ONE OR FIVE CROWNS?
