I believe in the sun even when it is not shining. I believe in love, even when I do not feel it and I believe in God even when He is silent. The day will come when you cannot see the sun, but it is still there. You cannot feel your faith, but it is still there.
Whatever God told you back then, keep on doing the same thing and don’t turn back. When things get touch, don’t make a move.
Someone said, “People and pressures shift, but the soil remains the same.”
Hard times come to everybody. We can’t always be in sunshine; we need some cloudy days. That’s why I am enjoying these days. You will not always win because you need to lose some times to appreciate the winnings.\
So, when the clouds come, don’t look back! When midnight comes don’t look back. He that puts his hand to the plow and turns back is not worthy, or fit, for the kingdom of God, so don’t look back, and you won’t turn back.
If you want to move forward in your life, don’t turn back. Ask yourself the question, “Am I moving forward in my life?” Then keep on moving forward and don’t turn back.
I remember reading that Abraham Lincoln was advised to give up the south, “give up the south?” he said, “what do you mean give up the south? Hold fast as firm as steel.”
Things may get tough because all of us will face tough times, but don’t turn back. There will be times when you cannot pay your bills, but don’t turn back. Hold firm like chains of steel. If you don’t want to turn back, don’t even look back.
It is my firm belief that men who do not turn back are among some of the most respected in all of Christianity, like the 700 men of Israel, of the Tribe of Benjamin, who were right-handed men, whose right hand had been wounded in the battle. Some were even paralyzed; others were discouraged, but they said, “we will not turn back.” They learned how to throw with their left hands. They did not turn back. Why? There was a battle going on. Don’t turn back! If you are less than you could have been it could be because you turned back. Again, don’t look back and you will be less likely to turn back.
