Galatians 6:9 “And let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not.”
There are at least seven areas in which God requires of us to have courage and not to faint:
FAINT NOT IN PRAYER!
Don’t faint in prayer, and don’t give up. Have courage and come boldly to the throne of grace.
Luke 18: 1, “And he spake a parable unto them to this end, that men ought always to pray, and not to faint.”
FAINT NOT IN PERSEVERENCE!
In other words, have confidence in God and have courage to persevere.
Verse 1, “Therefore seeing we have this ministry, as we have received mercy, we faint not.”
FAINT NOT IN PRESERVATION!
Verse 16, “For which cause we faint not; but though our outward man perish, yet the inward man is renewed day by day.”
FAINT NOT IN PREPARATION!
That is, faint not in your work and service for God.
Galatians 6:7, “Be not deceived; God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap.” Verse 9, “And let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not.”
FAINT NOT IN POWER!
That is, faint not in trusting.
Ephesians 3: 13, “Wherefore I desire that ye faint not at my tribulations for you, which is your glory.”
