2 Corinthians 10:1-6

Without question, this is one of the most important studies in recent years. It is a lesson that is needed by everyone, young and old, male or female alike.

Someone said, “Input determines output, program determines production.” Another said, “The thought precedes the deed, as lightning the thunder.” Wise men think out their thoughts, fools proclaim them. Definition: The desires and purposes of the souls of men. If we can master our thoughts we can master ourselves as well as the world. And, live life in victory.

One of the greatest problems with most men is their thought life. The truth is that everyone has a problem with this at one time or another. It is important to remember that every act is first preceded by the thought. Every act of adultery, immorality is first preceded by the thought. As a matter of fact every command of God is first preceded by the thought to obey or disobey.

So, how can I get control of my thoughts?

Someone said, “From thoughts to destiny.” What made God destroy the world?

Genesis 6:5, “And GOD saw that the wickedness of man was great in the earth, and that every imagination of the thoughts of his heart was only evil continually.”

Proverbs 15:26, “The thoughts of the wicked are an abomination to the LORD: but the words of the pure are pleasant words.”

Proverbs 23:7, “For as he thinketh in his heart, so is he: Eat and drink, saith he to thee; but his heart is not with thee.”

Matthew 5:28, “But I say unto you, That whosoever looketh on a woman to lust after her hath committed adultery with her already in his heart.”
