Proverbs 11:30, “The fruit of the righteous is a tree of life; and he that winneth souls is wise.”
I. GOD PREPARES HIS FRUIT TREES.
II. GOD PROTECTS HIS FRUIT TREES.
Please read Deuteronomy 20:19-20 and Mark 16:15-18.
Think of the times you have seen God’s protection of someone.
III. GOD PRUNES HIS FRUIT TREES.
Read Hebrews 12:5-8.
Pruning will produce one of two things: Beauty or Fruit.
Which is more important? John 15:2.
IV. GOD PLUCKS HIS FRUITLESS TREES.
Look again at verse 2. This is not loss of salvation; it is simply removing the tree because it is not producing fruit.
V. GOD PRESENTS HIS FRUITFUL TREES.
A. Glory of the Judgment Seat of Christ.
B. Glory of seeing friends, family, and loved ones in Heaven.
How many times has God looked at your life, looking for fruit? Are you experiencing more pruning than you should?
