“PLANT ME WHERE I CAN GROW!”

Psalm 1: 1-6

I have always believed that anything-worthwhile doing is worthwhile doing right. Dr. Bob Jones Sr. used to say, “If the stars fall, young man, do right.” And of course, God feels the same way.

Before we can eat the fruit of the tree, it must first grow. Before you can pick the corn to eat, it must first grow. Before a baby can learn to walk, talk, play.. It must first grow.

All things must first grow in order to be productive. May I say this: IT IS NORMAL TO GROW AND ABNORMAL NOT TO.

I want to be planted where I can grow: Look at verse one:

I. PLANT ME IN JESUS CHRIST AS MY SAVIOR VERSE 1.

A plant must first be planted before it can grow. You can take a seed and look at it all you want, and believe it to be a seed, but until you plant it, nothing happens. We must plant Christ in our heart.

Acts 4:12,“Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved.”

In verses 1-2 we see the PRACTICE OF THE BLESSED MAN.

In verse 3 we see POWER OF THE BLESSED MAN.

In verses 4-6 the PERMANENCY OF THE BLESSED MAN.

In verse 1 we are told what a blessed (happy) man does not do.

Please don’t miss this for the next two days:
