“HOW TO BE A FRIEND” CONCLUSION!

Read Proverbs 27:5-17.

We said yesterday, it takes, I. UNCONDITIONAL LOVE.

II. UNCOMPROMISING LOYALTY.

We may not always agree, but we can all be loyal one to another. Even the humanists are loyal to their cause as well as to each other.

A. It involves sustaining the relationship.

In other words, you are more concerned about being a friend than having a friend.

But you say, “nobody likes me or nobody wants me for a friend.”
Be more concerned about being a friend, because a friend is concerned about being a friend rather than having a friend. If we will learn to be a friend we will never run out of friendships.

B. It involves sacrifice to keep the relationship.

Say, “I am your friend and you are going to have to live with that. And now, go out to be a friend to someone who needs a friends.
